With this [On Play] effect, can I return to the hand an opponent's Character that does not have a [Trigger] effect itself, but has text in its effect such as “1 card with a [Trigger]...”?
No, you cannot. This effect returns to the hand a Character that has an actual [Trigger] effect beginning with “[Trigger]” at the bottom of its card effect text.
