During my opponent's turn, when my Leader with a type including "Rocks Pirates" is attacked, which do I activate first: this [Once Per Turn] effect or my [Blocker] or Counter?
This “when attacked” effect activates at the same timing as your [On Your Opponent's Attack] effects, before activating your [Blocker] or Counter.
