[OP15-097] - I Find It Embarrassing as a Human Being (Adventure on Kami's Island Release Event Cards)

Can I use this Event card's [Main] and [Trigger] effects if I have 9 cards in my trash?

In this case, if you were to activate the [Main] effect by using the Event from your hand, you would be able to use the "up to 1 of your opponent's Characters with a base cost of 5 or less cannot attack until the end of your opponent's next End Phase" effect. However, if you were to activate it using [Trigger], you would only have 9 cards in your trash, meaning nothing would happen.
