In this case, the number of cards in your DON!! deck will not change, and you can continue to use a total of 6 DON!! cards between your field and DON!! deck.
What happens if I use this [Activate: Main] effect on my first turn?
If used on the first turn, you will be unable to use this [Activate: Main] effect to add or give any DON!! cards. If used on the second turn or later, you will be able to "add up to 1 DON!! card from your DON!! deck and set it as active, and add up to 4 additional DON!! cards and rest them. Then, give up to 4 rested DON!! cards to 1 of your Characters." as described in the effect.
When using this card as Leader, do I have to prepare 10 DON!! cards to play the game?
No, playing with just 6 DON!! cards will suffice.
