Which player's effects is the "your effects" in "All of your opponent's Characters cannot be removed from the field by your effects." referring to?

This refers to the effects of whichever player is using this Crocodile card as their Leader. For example, if this card is your Leader and you activate "EB01-051 Finger Gun", you may use the "trash 2 cards from the top of your deck" effect, but even if you select "1 of your opponent's Characters with a cost of 5 or less", that Character belonging to your opponent will not be K.O.'d.

If I use this [Activate: Main] effect to K.O. one of my Characters, can I activate that Character's [On K.O.] effect if it has one?

Yes, you can. In this case, the "Give up to 1 of your opponent's Characters −10 cost during this turn. Then, you may trash 2 cards from the top of your deck." effect would activate first, and then that Character's [On K.O.] effect would activate.
