When I play a Character during my opponent's turn, can I choose not to draw a card with this [Opponent's Turn] effect?
No, you cannot. You must draw 1 card in this case.
If an effect allows me to play 2 or more of my Characters at the same time during my opponent's turn, how many cards will I be able to draw using this Leader's [Opponent's Turn] effect?
In this case, the effect will be activated for each Character played simultaneously. For example, if you use the [Trigger] effect of "OP16-105 Gecko Moria" to play 3 Characters at once, you draw 3 cards in total.
