Can I use this [Activate: Main] effect to swap the base power of my character with that of an opponent's Character, or to swap the base powers of two of my opponent's Characters?
No, you cannot.
If one of the Characters I've selected with this [Activate: Main] effect would be removed from the field, does the power of the Character that remains on the field revert to its original value?
No. That Character's power does not revert to its original value and maintains the swapped value until the end of that turn.
After using the [Once Per Turn] effect of my "PRB02- 002 Trafalgar Law", I then use this [Activate: Main] effect to swap the power of "PRB02-002 Trafalgar Law" with that of "OP14-013 Monkey.D.Luffy". In this situation, what would the power of "PRB02-002 Trafalgar Law" become?
The base power of "PRB02-002 Trafalgar Law" would become 0, and since the effect from "PRB02-002 Trafalgar Law" is giving −2000 power, the card's power would be −2000.
