[OP13-003_p1] - Gol.D.Roger (Carrying On His Will: Alternate Art)

If I have this card as my Leader, will 1 DON!! card placed during my first turn be given to my Leader?

No, it will not. If you have no DON!! cards on your field at the start of a turn, as would be the case in your first turn, the DON!! cards placed in the DON!! Phase are placed in your cost area as normal, and are not given to your Leader.
