[OP11-043] - Vinsmoke Ichiji (A Fist of Divine Speed)

I have this Character and a Character that does not have a type including "GERMA" on my field. If my opponent's Character attacks, and my Character that does not have a type including "GERMA" is removed from the field due to its [When Attacking] effect or a similar effect, can I activate this Character's [On Your Opponent's Attack] effect?

Yes, you can.
