No, it will not. In this case, because [Shuraiya] has 6000 base power or more, you will have a Character "with 6000 base power or more", and therefore [Carina] will not gain +4000 power.
If this Character has 1 DON!! card given to it and attacks my opponent's Leader with 5000 power, does this Character's power become 6000 according to this [When Attacking] effect?
