[OP16-084] - Kouzuki Momonosuke (The Time of Battle)

If this Character has a cost of 19 or less, can I use its [Activate: Main] effect to trash it?

No, you cannot. You also won't be able to use its effect to play up to 1 [Kouzuki Momonosuke] with a cost of 9 from your trash.
