[OP15-038] - It's an Order! Do Not Defy Me!!! (Adventure on Kami's Island)

After I used this card's [Main] effect, the cost of my opponent's rested Character with a cost of 8 or less and 2 or more given DON!! cards that was selected as the target of the effect changed to having less than 2 given DON!! cards through other means. Will it become active during my opponent's next Refresh Phase?
